SHIPPING POLICY

Scrubflow currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 business days.

Because Scrubflow uses a dropshipping fulfillment model, products may be shipped directly from one of our supplier or fulfillment partner locations. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, supplier location, customs processing, and other logistical factors.

Standard shipping is currently offered free of charge for eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking information shows no meaningful movement for an extended period, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us at garbimbos0@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Scrubflow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during checkout.

If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
